Returns

Is your product not quite what you expected? Don't worry, you have a 30-day cooling-off period. Returns are easy: download the form below, which tells you everything you need to do.

Return policy:

  • Always include a return form with your return. Without this form, we cannot trace where the shipment has come from and will therefore not be able to process your return.
  • The packaging should be opened carefully so it is not damaged unnecessarily. Do not use adhesive tape, tape or glue to close the packaging. This is of course allowed on the envelope or box surrounding the product.
  • The product and product packaging must be complete, undamaged and unused (headphones cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, unless they are faulty).
  • Returns should always be made in original packaging. This is because the packaging best protects the product during transport. So be careful when opening the packaging. The product with the original product packaging should of course be packed in shipping packaging, so that the product packaging does not get damaged during shipping.

Shipping costs for returning a product are at your own expense, unless explicitly stated otherwise or agreed upon prior to the return shipment. There are NO re-stock fees or other charges when returning. Returning products is at the customer's risk.

Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

Can I exchange an order?

Of course you can exchange a product. Simply return your original order and we will refund you the purchase price upon receipt. Order the new product you wish to receive instead of your returned product directly from our shop. We will then regard this as a new order. Of course, you can also wait to place the new order until you have received your refund.

Don't have a printer available? Then you can also copy the form onto a letter or piece of paper. Always state your name, the order number (e.g. ORD12345) on it.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

When you order on working days before 17:00, we will ship your order the same day. Once you have received an email with the tracking details, your order is often delivered the next day within the Netherlands. To Belgium it usually takes 1 to 2 days. In exceptional cases, the post may take a little longer. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us via the contact button at the bottom right of this page.
We have been shipping from our own warehouse in Sassenheim, the Netherlands, for over 10 years. We stock everything ourselves, so we know what we are selling. We ship almost all over the European Union.
Sure, no problem! You can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to exchange something, just return your order, we will consider it as a return and refund your order at all times. You can then place a new order yourself in the meantime. We always refund within 5 working days after receipt of your return. On the returns page you can find all the details on how to send something back to us.
Yes, all our products come with a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 2 years warranty. This differs per product. Warranty only covers manufacturer's defects, so incorrect placement of a screen protector or damage to a case after a fall are not covered. Service is our highest priority, so expect us to help you with a good solution at all times, warranty or no warranty.
