All orders ordered before 5pm on business days will be shipped the same day. Our products are available from stock and are shipped from the Netherlands.

  • Netherlands: FREE
  • Belgium: only €3.95 and from €10 FREE
  • Germany: only €4.95 and from €20 FREE

Netherlands
Is your order going to an address in the Netherlands? Then, in principle, you will receive it the next day. You will always receive a track & trace so you can see exactly when you can expect your order. Most shipments are delivered in the letterbox and larger parcels are delivered by parcel post.

Belgium
To Belgium, you can also expect most orders delivered to your home the next day. We work closely with PostNL and Bpost and they ensure that your order to Belgium is often delivered the next day. Sometimes it may take a day longer.

Germany
All shipments to Germany are sent with PostNL/Hermes parcel service. This is the fastest and most secure way of ordering. Your order in Germany will arrive in 1 to 3 working days.

Please note!
If you enter a wrong address yourself and we receive your order back to then resend, we will charge processing and shipping costs of 7.50 euros including VAT. These are our additional costs to still deliver your order. You are therefore responsible for entering your address details correctly at all times.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

When you order on working days before 17:00, we will ship your order the same day. Once you have received an email with the tracking details, your order is often delivered the next day within the Netherlands. To Belgium it usually takes 1 to 2 days. In exceptional cases, the post may take a little longer. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us via the contact button at the bottom right of this page.
We have been shipping from our own warehouse in Sassenheim, the Netherlands, for over 10 years. We stock everything ourselves, so we know what we are selling. We ship almost all over the European Union.
Sure, no problem! You can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to exchange something, just return your order, we will consider it as a return and refund your order at all times. You can then place a new order yourself in the meantime. We always refund within 5 working days after receipt of your return. On the returns page you can find all the details on how to send something back to us.
Yes, all our products come with a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 2 years warranty. This differs per product. Warranty only covers manufacturer's defects, so incorrect placement of a screen protector or damage to a case after a fall are not covered. Service is our highest priority, so expect us to help you with a good solution at all times, warranty or no warranty.
