Payment is one of the factors of ordering and perhaps one of the most important. With this, you confirm your order and we get straight to work. To ensure this is secure, we only work with reputable companies within the Netherlands. They process payments between you, the customer, and us, the recipient. In our case, that payment provider is Mollie. They are located in Amsterdam and have been processing payments for many webshops for years. This is safe, convenient and fast. Below are the various payment methods we offer.

  • iDEAL
    With iDEAL you can pay for your order safely and easily. You can pay via the secure internet environment of your own bank. You do not need to create an account to pay with iDEAL, but simply log in using the same secure method you use for online banking. There are no charges for payments made via iDeal.
  • Billink.
    Order online now, pay what you want to keep afterwards. Paying with Billink is very easy. You order what you need and select during the payment process that you want to pay with Billink. Would you like to pay a business order afterwards? No problem! After receiving your order, you only have to pay for what you want to keep. You will receive a convenient invoice from Billink, which you then pay within 14 days. First see, then pay!
    Please note: if you place a pre-order, we advise you not to opt for post-payment, as the 14-day period starts from the order date.
  • Bancontant/Mister Cash
    Belgian customers can pay with us via Bancontact and Mister Cash. With Bancontact and Mister Cash you can pay for your online purchases reliably, safely, easily and without extra costs. With a Belgian payment card, you can use Bancontact and Mister Cash directly, without having to create an account. Bancontact and Mister Cash are suitable for all major Belgian banks. We do not charge extra fees for payments via Bancontact and Mister Cash.
  • Klarna
    With Klarna you pay safely afterwards as you are used to. View and try the product first and then decide if it's what you were looking for! You will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions. You have 14 days from receipt. Payment with Klarna is free of charge. Your order will be shipped immediately!
  • PayPal
    PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to securely checkout your orders. PayPal is easily linked to your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or bank account. Cost: 0.35 euro + 3.5%. Your order will be shipped immediately!
  • Credit card
    You can pay with MasterCard, VISA or Maestro credit or debit card with us. You fill in the details via a secure connection so there is no risk. Your order will be shipped immediately!
  • SOFORT Banking
    Pay free of charge and securely via SOFORT Banking. Your order will be shipped immediately!
  • EPS
    Pay for free and securely via EPS. This is a widely used online payment method in Austria. Your order will be shipped immediately!
  • GiroPay
    Pay safely, quickly and free of charge via GiroPay. Your order will be shipped immediately!

Refunds
All refunds we do after consultation are free of charge. You will therefore be refunded the full amount paid by you to the account used to pay.

Note: If you have chosen Billink during the checkout process, you will need to transfer the outstanding amount to the details you receive in your mailbox from Billink.

Do you have a company outside the Netherlands? Then you can order VAT free by entering your company details when ordering. The VAT will automatically be deducted from your order.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

When you order on working days before 17:00, we will ship your order the same day. Once you have received an email with the tracking details, your order is often delivered the next day within the Netherlands. To Belgium it usually takes 1 to 2 days. In exceptional cases, the post may take a little longer. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us via the contact button at the bottom right of this page.
We have been shipping from our own warehouse in Sassenheim, the Netherlands, for over 10 years. We stock everything ourselves, so we know what we are selling. We ship almost all over the European Union.
Sure, no problem! You can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to exchange something, just return your order, we will consider it as a return and refund your order at all times. You can then place a new order yourself in the meantime. We always refund within 5 working days after receipt of your return. On the returns page you can find all the details on how to send something back to us.
Yes, all our products come with a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 2 years warranty. This differs per product. Warranty only covers manufacturer's defects, so incorrect placement of a screen protector or damage to a case after a fall are not covered. Service is our highest priority, so expect us to help you with a good solution at all times, warranty or no warranty.
