Frequently Asked Questions

When you order on working days before 17:00, we will ship your order the same day. Once you have received an email with the tracking details, your order is often delivered the next day within the Netherlands. To Belgium it usually takes 1 to 2 days. In exceptional cases, the post may take a little longer. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us via the contact button at the bottom right of this page.
We have been shipping from our own warehouse in Sassenheim, the Netherlands, for over 10 years. We stock everything ourselves, so we know what we are selling. We ship almost all over the European Union.
Sure, no problem! You can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to exchange something, just return your order, we will consider it as a return and refund your order at all times. You can then place a new order yourself in the meantime. Warranty only covers manufacturer's defects, so incorrect placement of a screen protector or damage to a case after a fall are not covered.
